Three types of file
What does each project file show?
A completed project describes work carried out on a real car. A development file explains the question investigated and the findings. A reference configuration illustrates possibilities; it is not a claim about completed customer work. When looking at measured results, check the engine, installed parts and test conditions too. A number without that context says little about your own car.
What a useful file contains
The vehicle, starting point and work belong with every result.
A good case states the make, model, generation, engine or relevant vehicle variant and the known starting configuration. It then explains what was investigated, installed, calibrated or validated. Only information with permission and sufficient evidence is made public; sensitive customer and vehicle details are omitted.
Results with context
A final figure without origin, measurement method and configuration is not convincing evidence.
Power and torque values are shown only when the link to the vehicle, configuration, fuel and measurement context has been sufficiently verified. When that evidence is missing, the file remains focused on the technical route and no invented result is added. This makes cases easier to understand alongside one another without presenting different conditions as equal.

Use a project as context for the conversation, not as an automatic promise.
Select your vehicle to compare files by version, platform or engine family. A comparable project helps organise questions and possible steps, but does not replace identification or a technical check of your vehicle. To discuss your own route, share the current setup, objective and available documentation.

What else would you like to know?
Are all displayed VAG projects completed customer vehicles?
No. Each file must clearly state whether it is a completed project, development route or reference configuration. A reference is not presented as a customer result.
Why do some projects omit power figures?
Because a result is useful only when the vehicle, software, hardware, fuel and measurement context have been sufficiently confirmed. Without that link, an unverified figure is omitted.
Does a comparable project promise the same result for my vehicle?
No. The engine code, software version, condition, fuel, transmission, components and circumstances may differ. A case provides context; vehicle identification and assessment remain necessary.
Can my project be published on the website?
Only with appropriate permission, a clear file status and sufficient technical context. Personal details, the registration number and other sensitive information are removed or omitted.
How do I find a project for my VAG vehicle?
After vehicle selection, relevant files can be shown by version, platform or engine family. Always check the configuration and status before comparing conclusions.
Can I request a quotation using a project example?
Yes. Mention the file as a reference and share your exact vehicle, current setup, fuel, symptoms and objective. VPC will then propose a separate route for your vehicle.
